Denver-based art photographer Scott Takeda unveils his latest pieces of his on-going Scene. Street. Story. show on Friday April 4, 2014 from 5-9pm at the Blue Dot Studio. It's located at 209 Kalamath Street in Unit 3, on the southern edge of Denver's Art District on Santa Fe. The show is part of the art district's monthly "First Friday" open house.
"As an artist, I'm grateful to return to Blue Dot for my latest show," said Takeda. "They first opened this show last February, and they packed the house. I made some changes to the show last summer at another gallery on the Art District on Santa Fe, and now I'm back where I started. I have some new images from Turkey, the Pacific Northwest, and around Colorado that I can't wait for people to see."
Scene. Street. Story. is a solo show where each piece is either scenic, street-based, or connected to story. Like his previous shows, Takeda is keeping his prices affordable by selling only prints. So instead of selling the art hanging on the wall, we will be taking orders for prints.
